From a crowded inbox to a focused SaaS
A founder had three product ideas and no signal on which the market would pay for.
Problem
A founder was considering three different product ideas — a team-collaboration tool, a niche CRM, and an async-standup app. Without evidence of demand, building any of them would be a gamble. They needed to know which (if any) had real market pull before committing engineering resources.
Approach
Qnaku ran a focused validation sprint: we mined public review data across adjacent tools, mapped search demand for the core problems, and conducted five willingness-to-pay conversations with the founder's target users. The goal was to identify which idea had the strongest signal — not to validate a pre-chosen direction.
Outcome
One idea showed clear demand and willingness to pay. The other two were shelved with evidence. The validated idea was scoped into a focused MVP and shipped in eight weeks. Placeholder — specific metrics available on request.
